pkdb Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkdb platform and all its services. "pkdb", "we", "our" refers to the pkdb operator and its affiliated entities. "User", "you" refers to any person who uses the pkdb website, mobile platform, or app.

The following words and terms are used with the same meaning throughout these conditions:

• The mobile number and email registered to the account must be kept active and up to date.

3.2 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

pkdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse.
• Suspicious use for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Operating multiple accounts.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. pkdb may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts, but the balance will not fall below zero.

4.1 Currency Policy

All transactions on pkdb are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. Any conversion that occurs will be the responsibility of the applicant at the applicable exchange rate.

4.2 Refund Policy

pkdb follows a reasonable administrative process for refunding deposited funds. Funds may be placed on hold during an investigation. Funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud or policy violations.

pkdb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonus funds and deposited funds are calculated separately.
• You may not be able to claim the next bonus before the wagering on a current bonus is fully completed.
• Not all games may be playable with bonus funds — wagering calculations for bets placed on specific games may differ.
• The validity period of a bonus is generally limited to a set number of days from the date of claim. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• pkdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The pkdb VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers. Tier changes are based on active gaming participation and account activity. pkdb reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or system issue, pkdb will refund the original bet amount. In live betting, odds may change on bets placed after an event has started.

6.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, the final results announced by official and international sports bodies will be accepted. In casino games, the results of the RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer cards are final. If a game stops mid-way due to a technical disruption, pkdb will determine the result by a reasonable method.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

pkdb reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on each game or betting event. Winnings beyond the specified limit will remain at pkdb's discretion and will be paid after investigation.

6.4 System Errors

pkdb reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or payouts incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. Taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or promotional offers will be considered bonus abuse.
